The annual 3rd Thursday kicked May off with hundreds of spectators flocking to the streets of Downtown Joplin, Missouri from 7th Street to 1st Street. 3rd Thursday is an amazing event that is free and open to the public that you can bring your whole family to. One of most amazing ventures is all the food trucks parked on Main Street you can sample an aray of food from some of the best vendors. If you have not visited this event you are missing out come out and see what all of the fun and excitement is all about. Local businesses stay open late drawing in new customers some stores offering prizes for playing games just for stopping by. If you are into classic cars and car show stop by and visit the section set aside just for them.
