Tulsa, Oklahoma- An Oklahoma City man is dead after a hit and run. The collision was on the westbound Interstate I-44 near 33rd West Avenue. Investigators said it appears a 2016 black Toyota Tundra driven by Jason Rudluff struck and killed 61-year-old Perry Killian at the exit to the Gilcrease Expressway around 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. Rudluff then fled the scene.
State troopers shut the westbound lanes down after the accident as the fatality incident was investigated.
