Incident discloses information of over 500 MSSU students

Missouri Southern students are being offered credit monitoring by the University after data issues have occurred.

Published sources say there was a quote, “inadvertent disclosure of information,” that occurred last month which affected 545 students.

There was no indication of hacking or misuse of information.

The university will offer students two years of credit monitoring as a result.
