A woman identified as Sarah Tyminski is dead after a shooting in rural Newton County Monday afternoon .
Newton County Sheriff’s responded to a report of a shooting at 8571 Eloise Lane. Upon arrival Deputies found a 32 year old female dead from a gunshot wound. A second subject identified as 35 year old Chris Lamb was also shot and was treated at an area hospital.
A 58 year old male suspect has been taken into custody. He was also treated for a gunshot wound. It is believed the dispute started over a custody issue over children. No children were on scene at time of incident.
