Freedom of Speech In A School Zone?
Yesterday in Tulsa, Oklahoma on Edison between Yale and Harvard on 41st. A male citizen was seen holding up signs while wearing an adult toy on his head as school buses crossed the area. Many of the students parents were outragged by what they were looking at causing several complaints to be made. The Tulsa Police Department did not make an arrest since the indiviual was on a public area. In the photos below you can see the Tulsa Police Department interacting with the subject along with Tulsa residents.
