This will limit anyone without a REAL ID, from entering places like federal courthouses, nuclear power plants, military bases and flights.
Missouri residents will have until Oct. 1, 2020, before it becomes mandatory to have a REAL ID to enter certain federal facilities and board a commercial airliner.
