Banks all across the United States are closing their lobbies and only offering drive-thru as the only option unless an appointment is made ahead of time. Arvest Bank just released a press statement closings all lobbies until further notice.

ALL ARVEST LOBBIES AND IN-STORE BRANCH LOCATIONS CLOSED AS OF MAR. 20
In an effort to help its communities, customers and associates fight the spread of COVID-19, beginning Friday, March 20, 2020, all Arvest branch lobbies and in-store branches will be closed until further notice. We will continue offering drive-thru, ATM and ATM with Live Teller services at branches that feature those capabilities.
Arvest continues to follow guidelines recommended by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as well as taking additional steps to ensure its facilities, drive-thrus and ATMs are cleaned more frequently.
Customers who believe they have matters that require meeting with an Arvest banker can call (877) 848-8373 to request an appointment at a nearby branch location.Â
