Pineville and Noel Fire Departments assisted in a large structure fire early this morning located at 300 Main St.
At least two people were treated at a local hospital.
2 buildings identified with fire damage are The African Grocery Store and The Masjid Tawhid a local mosque.
The local Fire Chief in Noel, Missouri is looking into the cause of the fire.
