Breaking news out of Atlanta, Georgia the district attorney’s office announced 11 charges against Garrett Rolfe, the Atlanta police officer who fatally shot Rayshard Brooks last week, including felony murder and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Since the deadly shooting thousands of protestors have showed up asking for justice. The Wendy’s restaurant were the shooting took place was burned down Atlanta Police Department are offering a rewarding leading to information on the arson.
Officer Garrett Rolfe, who shot at Brooks three times, has already been fired, and officer Devin Brosnan, who was also on scene, has been put on administrative duty.
under Georgia law if convicted Rolfe could face the death penalty or life in prison without parole.
