As the Coronavirus takes its toll on businesses around the United States the Boston bar, which is located in Faneuil Hall Marketplace, is a replica of the bar in the sitcom Cheers and has been open for over two decades will close its doors on August 30th for good.
The television show Cheers, which aired from 1982 to 1993 is one of the most watched sitcoms of all time. The show received 117 Emmy nominations and won 28 Emmys.
